Vaughn Heads Down Under to take on Australia's Best

Invicta Touch chair Vaughn Meredith is heading to Australia with the England men’s open team to compete in the Queensland and New South Wales state cups.

Australia has the strongest domestic competitions in the world and England Touch is sending its men’s and women’s opens teams to take part in the two biggest events as they continue to build towards the 2028 World Cup in New Zealand. First up is the Queensland State Cup on the Sunshine Coast from 27th to 29th November. Then the following week they head south to Port Macquarie to play in the New South Wales State Cup between 4th and 6th December.

After winning his fifth consecutive Euros gold medal in France in July, Vaughn has once again been selected in the men’s open squad for the Australia tour.
